Choose with confidence.
Your balance of highway kilometres and off-road driving should guide your 4x4 tyre choice. More aggressive tread is not automatically better for the way you use your vehicle.
Highway Terrain (HT) tyres focus on sealed-road comfort. All Terrain (AT) tyres balance road use with gravel and lighter off-road work. Rugged Terrain (RT) designs generally sit between AT and Mud Terrain (MT), although labels and construction vary by manufacturer.
Mud Terrain tyres use more open tread for demanding loose or muddy ground, usually with trade-offs in noise and road manners. Tell us about towing, loads and off-road use; size, load rating and legal fitment remain essential.

What to consider
HT / AT
Road comfort or a mixed-road compromise.
RT / MT
More aggressive tread with road-use trade-offs.
